Orders & Shipping

Yes. Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150 within Canada. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $10.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to British Columbia and Alberta typically takes 3–5 business days. All other Canadian provinces are 5–10 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package's progress. If you haven't received a confirmation email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at info@livlifestyle.ca.

We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us at info@livlifestyle.ca within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Products

Yes. Our products are made in Canada using quality ingredients. We're proud to support Canadian manufacturing.

Our skin prep and body care products are formulated to be gentle. If you have specific sensitivities or allergies, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list before use. When in doubt, do a patch test on a small area first.

Our LIV Lifestyle Soy Candles are hand-poured with a long burn time. For best results, trim the wick to 6mm before each use and allow the wax to fully pool on the first burn. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Several of our products (including LIV Silk, LIV Essence, the Body Scrub, and Soy Candle) are available in multiple scents. You can select your preferred scent on each product page. If you're unsure which to choose, the Signature Scent is our most popular and works beautifully layered.

The Veil Trio includes Brilliance Stick, Soft Focus Filler, and Veil Mist: the complete three-step skin prep system, at a saving of $12 compared to purchasing each individually. It's the best way to experience the full routine.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and body care products cannot be returned.

Email info@livlifestyle.ca with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

We're so sorry to hear that. Please email us at info@livlifestyle.ca within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll sort it out right away.
